Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of SMI and GPA surveys

Wednesday, March 23, 2022 the Imgirasi Office Class II TPI Pematangsiantar Regional Office of the North Sumatra Ministry of Law received a visit from the Legal Services Division of the North Sumatra Ministry of Law Office in the context of monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) and Corruption Perception Index (GPA) surveys at the TPI Pematangsiantar Class II Immigration Office.

This activity is related to strengthening the work unit of the Immigration Office Class II TPI Pematangsiantar related to the implementation of filling out IKM and GPA surveys to the community of Immigration Service applicants and employees so that the results are better.
